To ensure excellent support to our CEO we are looking for a:

Personal Assistant

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the backbone of our executive operations, ensuring that our CEO is always prepared, always up to date with operations, and that the administrative structure runs smoothly. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will be critical in managing the flow of information and coordinating tasks across the team.


Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation & Organization: Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and events by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and providing necessary materials.

Meeting Notes & Follow-ups: Take detailed meeting notes, summarize discussions, and follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.

Information Gathering: Collect and compile relevant data and reports, performing sanity checks to ensure accuracy and relevance before presenting to the CEO.

Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members, fostering clear communication and collaboration across departments.

Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, payroll, HR and finance administration.

Facility management and hospitality: you’ll make sure visitors are indulged in our company brand mindset when visiting our offices and especially when visiting the CEO or decision makers. This means translating our values in the way meetings are arranged, the setting, catering, presentation, and follow-up.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and potential challenges, offering solutions and improvements to streamline processes.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree a relevant field
  • Proactive, independent, courageous and result-oriented
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and document management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Dutch and English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
